What do you need from us for the assessment?

A few quick questions when you book, 45 minutes on a video call, and honest answers about where the week goes. No passwords or system access needed.

What if you don't find 5 hours a week?

Then you don't pay. We calculate the hours from the numbers you give us on the call and show our math in the plan. If it adds up to less than 5 hours a week, tell us within 7 days of your walkthrough for a full refund. See the guarantee.

Do we have to hire you to build anything?

Not at all. The plan is yours to keep, and it's written so you can act on it yourselves. If you'd like help, your full $999 counts toward any build you start with us within 30 days.

Will we have to buy a bunch of software?

Not necessarily. Some fixes are free, or are better ways to use tools you already pay for. Every recommendation lists its monthly cost.

Is our information kept private?

We never record audio or video. With your permission, we use an AI note-taking tool to transcribe the call, and we use those notes only to prepare your plan. We delete the transcript once your plan is delivered.

Do you work remotely?

Yes. We work with businesses anywhere, over video.
