What happens on the free 15-minute call?
You tell us a little about your business and what's eating up your week. We'll ask a few questions and tell you honestly whether an assessment is worth $999 to you. If it isn't, we'll say so, and usually leave you with a tip or two anyway.
When do we pay?
After your free 15-minute call, if we both agree the assessment makes sense, we'll send a secure payment link. Once it's paid, you'll book your discovery call and get the intake form.
What do you need from us for the assessment?
A 10-minute intake form, 45 minutes on a video call, and honest answers about where the week goes. No passwords or system access needed.
What if you don't find 5 hours a week?
Then you don't pay. We calculate the hours from the numbers you give us on the call and show our math in the plan. If it adds up to less than 5 hours a week, tell us within 7 days of your walkthrough for a full refund. See the guarantee.
Do we have to hire you to build anything?
Not at all. The plan is yours to keep, and it's written so you can act on it yourselves. If you'd like help, your full $999 counts toward any build you start with us within 60 days.
Will we have to buy a bunch of software?
Not necessarily. Some fixes are free, or are better ways to use tools you already pay for. Every recommendation lists its monthly cost.
